Building a Network for Equine History Across the Ages

Welcome to the Equine History Collective! The EHC’s mission is to support equine history research and its dissemination and promote collaboration between equine historians in all disciplines. We are an inclusive and welcoming community of academics, professionals, independent scholars, and equine enthusiasts. Please use the menu at top to explore.

The EHC is celebrating a decade of bringing equine historians together! This site is currently undergoing renovations. Please bear with us while update resources. Next year we will meet in Kentucky for EHC 2027: Ways of Knowing at the Kentucky Historical Society. We hope you’re as excited as we are!
